Official Return & Refund Policy – Joyful Cozy Prints

Because most of our items are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, personalized, or made-to-order products. This includes items with personalized names, dates, custom text, custom sizing, color selections, or any design changes requested at checkout. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Check spelling, personalization details, sizes, colors, and shipping information. Joyful Cozy Prints is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer at checkout.

Final Sale Items

All made-to-order, personalized, or custom items are final sale. This includes apparel, prints, signs, and home decor that are produced specifically for your order. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons such as fit preference, color preference, design preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to a production error, reach out within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and the packaging. Once verified, I will offer one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A free replacement

  • A partial or full refund

  • Store credit, if a replacement is not possible

Issues reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. Joyful Cozy Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, contact your local postal carrier first. If the package was lost in transit or returned due to carrier error, I will work with you to file a claim and determine next steps.

Incorrect Address

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Cancellations

Because items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Size issues due to selecting the wrong size

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Orders placed with incorrect personalization details

If there is an issue with your order, contact me through Etsy Messages or the contact form on joyfulcozyprints.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so I can resolve it quickly.

My goal is for you to love your order. If something arrives wrong because of a production issue, I’ll fix it.
